In their road game against the Milwaukee Brewers on Wednesday, the Boston Red Sox blew it in extra innings again.
In the bottom of the 10th inning, with Boston leading 5-4, it gave up two runs. With two men on base, Brewers left fielder Isaac Collins grounded into a fielder’s choice at second but drove in right fielder Daz Cameron.
On the following at-bat, Brewers third baseman Caleb Durbin hit a sacrifice fly to center field, driving in right fielder Sal Frelick and securing a 6-5 win for Milwaukee.
