Rupali Ganguly starrer Anupamaa has grabbed attention. A few months ago, the show took a generation leap. Anu’s life now revolves around her daughter Rahi. She has got Rahi married and is happy to have a son-in-law like Prem. Anu then moved ahead and met Raghav in the central jail. Raghav was falsely accused in his wife’s murder case. Anupamaa brings him out and gives him work at ‘Anu Ki Rasoi’.
However, her family and especially Rahi is unhappy about it. Later, it turns out that Raghav had attacked Rahi without knowing she is Anu’s daughter. Anu and her family is shocked to know this. But Raghav tells Anu that he just wanted to take revenge from the Kotharis and had no idea that Rahi is her daughter.
He tells her how the Kotharis separated him from his wife, Pankhuri. He shares that the Kotharis did not liked Pankhuri marrying a poor guy like him and hence separated them. He also revealed that Pankhuri is alive but the Kotharis trapped him.

Anu also finds out that Pankhuri is alive and even goes to confront the Kothari family. However, Moti Baa creates drama and instigates Rahi against Anu. Rahi asks Anu to stop interfering in her family matters. Further, Raghav files a case against the Kotharis. However, Moti Baa finds out a way and they get to know of Kinjal getting arrested after she stole money from her office.
Moti Baa sends Gautam with a deal at the Shah house. The Kotharis will free Kinjal if Raghav takes the case back. But, Anu does not agree and says that Kinjal will face the consequences if she was wrong and Raghav will not take the case back.
In the upcoming episodes of Anupamaa, we will see how Raghav will take the case back but Anu will face dirty allegations about Raghav being the third man in her life. She will leave the Shahs and the Kotharis forever and go missing. Shivam Khajuria who plays Prem has opened up about these twists.
He spoke to India Forums and said that this twist has completely changed everything and no one expected it. He added that Anu going missing will shake up all the characters around her and such bold story decisions are important. This is a big story in entertainment news and TV news.
