Bosses at The Chapel Arms, in Albert Road North, would like actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney to stop by when their club, which has won back to back to back promotions under their tenure, travels to Southampton on August 9.
A post on their Facebook page says: “As you gear up for this exciting game, we extend a warm invitation to visit our family pub, conveniently located just a short stroll from the great St Mary’s Stadium.”

They claimed they can craft a cocktail even better than those enjoyed in The Greyhound, the pub next door to Wrexham’s Racecourse Ground, as well as mocktails for Reynolds actress wife Blake Lively and a selection of whiskeys for McElhenney.
“Looking forward to hosting you for a refreshing drink,” the post adds.
Bosses are eagerly awaiting any replies from the Deadpool star and his co-owner, best known for It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and will be welcoming away fans on the day.
