The man was injured following a single-vehicle crash on Chalk Hill, West End, at around 5.40pm yesterday, Saturday, July 5.
Police and the fire service both responded to the incident.
Police say he suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital as a precaution.

A spokesperson for Hampshire Police said: “We were called at 5.40pm on July 5, to reports of a single-vehicle collision on Chalk Hill.
“One man was taken to the hospital with minor injuries as a precaution.”
