How Omobolanle Olatoye supports businesses with scalable AI solutions

Date:

Omobolanle Olatoye is the founder of AliignPSP – a tech-based platform utilising cutting-edge, scalable AI solutions, focusing on the human element, to propel businesses and individuals towards exceptional achievements.

Prior to AliignPSP establishment, many start-ups’ technical founders struggled to grow their businesses despite innovative digital products.

Hence, Omobolanle was inspired to formally start AliignPSP in March, 2025, bootstrapped and without any need to raise funds from external investors, armed with the understanding that true, sustainable effectiveness emerges from the synergistic interplay of three components, people, strategy, and performance.

“AliignPSP originated from recognising the common difficulties faced by businesses I assist worldwide,” she said.

“As a mentor and advisor to many emerging startups, I observed technical founders struggling to grow their businesses despite innovative digital products,” she explained.

According to her, had informally aided over 1,000 business founders by late 2024. “This experience highlighted the need to formally commercialise my approach, as a readily available market existed.”

AliignPSP is currently leveraging AI to help early-stage and rapidly expanding startups develop systems, structures, strategies, and processes.

“This support enables them to concentrate on achieving profitability while focusing on their strengths: innovation and disruption through cutting-edge technologies,” Omobolanle noted.

With over 20 years of experience as an organisational transformation and human resource partner, Omobolanle bridges the gap between innovation and operational excellence.

“Our business expertise, paired with AI-powered technologies, ensures that businesses and individuals stay ahead in today’s competitive and technology world.

“With our advanced web platform, we drive innovative solutions and offer strategic leadership. We harness actionable data and insights, enabling organisations and individuals to convert complex challenges into significant opportunities, yielding measurable results,” she stressed.

Omobolanle emphasised that identifying individuals whose personalities align with specific positions as a major challenge the business faces, particularly in today’s interconnected world.

“While people are undoubtedly the most valuable resource for any company, identifying individuals whose personalities align with specific positions can be very complex, particularly in today’s interconnected world.

“Initially, we encountered difficulties in accurately assessing the psychological dynamics between leaders/employers and employees, a hurdle we’ve since overcome with technological solutions,” she said.

Speaking about the market size, and intents to upscale beyond Nigeria and the UK space, she said, “The 2025 market for AI-powered platforms that align people, strategy, and performance is estimated at $3 billion to $5 billion.

“This rapidly growing sector is fueled by enterprise demand for solutions that demonstrably link strategic goals to tangible business outcomes like increased profitability and market share.

In addition, we are exploring expansion into the depths of Africa and the European market, recognising the significant growth of startups there and the consequent high demand for the specialised professionals.”

Omobolanle revealed that in the next five years, the firm projects among others things to launch a flagship HR Solution for hybrid professional services, expand the platform’s services, and grow the user base to one million active users.

Other expansion projections include achieving profitability, and becoming a recognised leader in the digital innovation ecosystem.

“AliignPSP wants to be known as a key driver of innovation in the digital world, contributing to the growth and success of businesses and Individuals alike,” she stated.

The renowned HR professional highlighted how Covid-19 accelerated the growth and adoption of solutions when she said that the professional services sector experienced a rapid surge in digital adoption during the Covid-19 pandemic, making tools like PSA software indispensable.

“What would typically have taken years in digital transformation happened in mere months. This shift towards technology is here to stay, with firms now depending on technological efficiency and flexibility.

“Therefore, embracing innovation and investing in digital platforms are essential for firms to remain competitive in this evolving environment. This surge in digital needs has directly contributed to our solution’s success and enabled us to support over 1,000 businesses today,” she noted.

On strategies adopted by the company to survive surging inflation, Omobolanle said, “We at AliignPSP are not directly impacted by it. Our focus remains on supporting our employer users. They are currently navigating a highly competitive landscape in the global talent market.”

She advocates for a government policy that would actively promote and encourage technological development.

Omobolanle urges young entrepreneurs to not just work through their nine-to-five, but to leverage it.

“Every problem, inefficiency, or unmet need you identify is a potential opportunity. See these gaps, develop solutions, and build your entrepreneurial skills while you earn,” she counsels.
