As per the GOLDMEDALIST official statement, the actor has filed an additional complaint against Kim Se Eui, following the earlier legal action on April 1, 2025, when the agency first filed a complaint against Kim Se Eui for repeatedly spreading fake news and defamatory information. These actions were deemed to constitute stalking under South Korean law.

By April 22, 2025, authorities determined that Kim Se Eui’s actions constituted stalking. The Seoul Central District Court granted a request for a provisional measure on April 23, 2025, ordering Kim Se Eui to stop the harmful behavior.
