After the Pahalgam terror attack, Seema Haider’s YouTube channels to be closed? Earnings at risk if she returns to Pakistan

Date:

After the tragic attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, the Indian government has passed rules that Pakistani citizens to leave the country by May 27. After this rule came into action, netizens wanted to know if Pakistani citizen Seema Haider, who married Sachin Meena of Rabupura town in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh would go back to her country? After the Pahalgam terror attack, Seema has been in news and several questions are being raised about her. Netizens want to know if she returns to her own country, then her YouTube channels be closed? Will her earnings be stopped?

Seema Haider has not yet received Indian citizenship and as per a report by Hindi website Jansatta, Seema has applied for the same. She filed a mercy petition to the President, but the process is still pending. Well, the final decision on her citizenship status will be taken by the concerned authorities.

If Seema goes back to Pakistan after the decision of the government, then her YouTube channels will not be closed. The major reason for this is that Pakistan is included in the list of YouTube Partner Program and as per support.google.com, Pakistan is not named in the list of banned countries of Google AdSense. This surely means that she can earn revenue from Pakistan as well. AdSense accounts were deactivated in Russia during the Russia-Ukraine tension.

As per CNN-NEWS18 report, Seema will not be sent back to Pakistan. Top sources in Uttar Pradesh government have told the channel that Seema is “not in the category of people to be sent back” to Pakistan. Haider, who had illegally entered India through Nepal is happily married and settled in India. Haider’s lawyers have been claiming in court that she has married an Indian citizen and is no longer a Pakistani citizen. The Uttar Pradesh administration had also issued a birth certificate to the child of Seema Haider who was born in India.

“Due to CM Yogi’s constant monitoring, Uttar Pradesh became the first state in the country to send back 100% of Pakistani nationals. Under the Chief Minister’s instructions, a police team was dispatched to ensure the return of Pakistani nationals to their country. Currently, only one Pakistani national remains in the state, who will be sent back on Wednesday,” the Uttar Pradesh government said in a statement.

On April 22, the central government issued immediate advisories for all Pakistani nationals after the Pahalgam terror attack.
