The Baltimore Ravens are one of the more consistent regular-season teams in the NFL with HC John Harbaugh and QB Lamar Jackson running the show. Sportsbooks expect the reigning AFC North champs to win double-digit games for the seventh time in the past eight seasons.

Outlook: There’s a reason why the Ravens have one of the highest projected win totals in the NFL for 2025. With Jackson at QB, Baltimore is 70-24 in the regular season (.745 winning percentage). The Ravens have gone over this number in back-to-back seasons and probably could this season, too.
Jackson is coming off his best passing season as a pro, as he recorded career-high marks in passing yards (4,172), passing touchdowns (41) and passer rating (119.6). With wide receivers Zay Flowers (74 catches for 1,059 yards in 2024) and Rashod Bateman (45 catches for 756 yards in 2025) returning and 12-year veteran DeAndre Hopkins in the mix, Jackson is set up for another MVP-level season.
The ground game also projects to be one of the most efficient units in the NFL this season. Running back Derrick Henry returns after rushing for 1,921 yards and a league-high 16 touchdowns in his first season with Baltimore. With center Tyler Linderbaum and tackles Ronnie Stanley and Roger Rosengarten carving out holes up front, Jackson and Henry should run wild again in 2025.
As for the defense, Baltimore brings back most of its key starters from last season. Safety Kyle Hamilton and cornerback Marlon Humphrey are two of the best in the business, as is linebacker Roquan Smith. The Ravens, who finished second last season in sacks with 54, also have a deep, balanced pass-rushing group led by defensive ends Kyle Van Noy, Odafe Oweh and Nnamdi Madubuike.
As if that wasn’t enough, the Ravens reloaded their secondary even more by drafting Georgia safety Malaki Starks and signing former Green Bay Packers cornerback Jaire Alexander. This loaded defense should improve upon its 21.2 points allowed per game in 2024.
