Women sought after Smyths Toys items stolen in Hedge End

The theft, which allegedly happened shortly after 10am on Tuesday, April 1, at the Hedge End store, involved items including a baby carrier.

The first woman police would like to speak to is described as white, about 5ft 8ins tall, with a large build.

She was noted to have dark hair in a bun, big lips, and was wearing sunglasses and a black jacket.

The second woman is described as having a large build, with olive or tanned skin.

Her hair was tied up, and she was wearing an all-red outfit.

Both women were reportedly accompanied by two young children.

Police believe the women can assist with their investigation and are urging them, or anyone who knows their identity, to get in touch.

Officers are also appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident, saw anything suspicious in the area, or has CCTV, mobile phone, dash cam, or doorbell camera footage that could help the investigation.
