A second Arizona bombshell has arrived at the “Love Island USA” 2025 villa and she has gotten some of the women tense.
Hannah Fields arrived alongside Amaya Espinal during an Episode 6 challenge where the women had to put four men of their choice on a base where they would complete an intimate challenge involving kissing. The final base was the most intense kiss and perceived as the one you like the most.
First, the Islanders went, then the two bombshells made their surprise entrance. Each one chose the men they wanted to get to know more. Hannah chose Austin for first base, Jeremiah for second, Charlie for third and Nic for fourth.
“If I have to step on some toes, I’ll stomp on them,” Hannah said in her entrance video.
“Two new bombshells, and that’s how you bombshell y’all cause they came through looking good as hell,” Ace said. “Having the ladies in a frenzy. They dropped a bomb.”
Meantime, fellow Arizona bombshell Cierra found herself in a love triangle with Nic and Belle-A with Cierra coming out on top.

Who is Hannah ‘Love Island USA’ Season 7?
Hannah is a 23-year-old medical student and bartender from Tucson.
Right off the bat, she seemed to have a very strong connection with Charlie.
“If this is what all baseball games are like, I understand what the Americans get so hyped about,” Charlie said after his kiss with Hannah. “And I feel American as (expletive) right now.”
During the episode, Hannah revealed that she is a military brat and has lived in North Carolina, California and many other places.
She played lacrosse growing up and went to culinary school, which she said felt like “‘Master Chef’ every day.”
Hannah’s type is someone who’s exactly like her. She said that if she could clone herself, she would. She wants a best friend who could also be her partner.
She said she hates a man who lies, sexual chemistry is super important to her and she would end a relationship over that.
Hannah said that when a man wants her more than she wants him, it kind of makes her want him a little more.
After a chat with Austin, who revealed that he’s adventurous in the bedroom, she said, “I like making little short films, I’m quite the director.”
At the end of Episode 6, Charlie choose to couple up with Hannah.
