Glazed Chicken Wings Recipe:
Ingredients:
- Cilantro
- 1 lb chicken wings = 12 total flats and drumettes/6 whole wings
- Your choice of wing sauce: soy ginger vidalia, asian bbq teriyaki pineapple, sweet chili peach, etc.
- Salt
- Cracked Black Pepper
- MSG (optional)
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Directions:
- You can leave the wings as whole or you can break them down with a sharp knife and separate the wings into drummettes, flats, and tips. If you’re not into the tips, they go great into making a stock.
- Pat the wings dry and season with salt and cracked black pepper, and 1 tsp of MSG. MSG is optional, however, it definitely adds more umami if you choose to toss it in to season your wings.
- Pour your choice of sauce and pour just enough to cover the wings. Marinate for at least 1 hour – the longer the marinade, the better.
- Preheat your oven to 400 F degrees. In the meanwhile, place parchment paper (highly suggest this over oiled aluminum foil) on top of a baking tray and lay wings on top.
- Place in oven. Every 10-12 minutes, take tray out of oven and brush sauce on both sides. Keep basting the wings until they have been cooking for 40-45 minutes in the oven.
- Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and cilantro to garnish.

Seared Asparagus Recipe:
Ingredients:
- Asparagus
- Fauxmage Truffle Nut Cheese Spread (or whatever spread you like)
- Salt and cracked black pepper
Directions:
- Take a stalk with one of each hand holding the ends and just snap it! The stalks will naturally snap where they need to, breaking off the woody ends.
- Toss ends in a blender with a little bit if water to get it moving – add small amounts of water if you need it get it going more. Blend until smooth and then strain through a fine mesh sieve or squeeze through a cheese cloth to separate the broth and fibers. Salt to taste.
- You’ll just need the broth. Sauté in a cast iron or pan with salt and pepper.
- Now it’s time to assemble: pour broth on plate. Add your asparagus stalks, then drop some truffle nut cheese on top.
