Sydney Sweeney, 27, has finally addressed split rumours from her fiancé with one word.
The Hollywood actress, known for Euphoria and Anyone But You, had been in a relationship with producer Jonathan Davino, 41, since 2018. They got engaged in 2022.
But for weeks, the internet has been abuzz with speculation the couple called it quits.

Now, the actress has broken her silence in a new interview.
When asked by The Times if she was still planning a wedding, Sweeney replied, “No”.
As a follow-up question, she was asked if she’s single.
“Yes,” the actress confirmed.

“I’m learning a lot about myself, spending more time with my friends. And I’m loving it.”
TMZ reported back in February Sweeney and Davino had pushed back their wedding.
On March 31, People reported the couple had called it quits.

While filming and promoting her 2023 rom-com Anyone But You, fans began to speculate the star was romantically involved with her co-star Glen Powell.
The dating rumours reignited amid reports she’d broken up with Davino.
However, Powell’s mum shut down dating speculation between the two back in April.

Steaking to The Times, Sweeney addressed the response to her and Powell’s chemistry.
”It’s always beautiful to see people fall in love with characters and be really supportive of stuff that they see on screen,” she said.

“Glenn and I adore each other, so I think we were so happy for the reception of the film.
“When you spend so much time with someone, you become close and you talk to each other about anything,” she continued.
“So work, life, family, friends, he’s just there for me. I’m there for him.”
Sweeney returned to Australia in December 2023 for the Anyone But You premiere.
Speaking to 9Honey Celebrity on the red carpet in Sydney, the actress recalled her “panic reaction” after she was bitten by a spider during filming.
