Liverpool defender Jarell Quansah has shared optimism about his footballing progress, saying he’s ready to take the “next step” in his career.
Bayer Leverkusen are currently considering a move for the Liverpool man.
“I’m not getting too high or too low with anything.
“I think I can take massive learnings from the three seasons I’ve had in professional football,” he said ahead of England U21’s group game against Slovenia.
Quansah revealed that his football career has been marked by hard work and staying focused.
“From Bristol Rovers until now, to put perspective and look back, I’m in a very good position to take the next step. It comes with working hard and staying focused on what I can control.
“As for the future, it’ll put me in the best stead if I just keep my head down and keep working,” Quansah told Liverpool Echo.
