The incident, which occurred on Michigan Way on February 23, 2025, was initially closed with no further action as authorities were unable to identify the individual at the time.
Following the incident, the suspect cycled off through the car park of Morrisons Supermarket on Spruce Drive.

The case has since been reopened after the suspect reportedly attempted to speak with the victim again.
Police have now released a photograph of a man they would like to speak to in connection with both incidents.
Members of the public who recognise the individual in the photograph are urged to come forward.
