The Asian Catering Federation has compiled a list on the top 100 Asian restaurants in the UK, with both Lazzeez and Ottoman Kitchen featuring on the exclusive list.
Lazzeez is an Indian restaurant situated on The Avenue, and was noted for its “diverse menu” and “innovative techniques.”
A spokesperson for the Asian Catering Federation said: “Lazzeez is a modern Indian restaurant specialising in authentic Indian cuisine that blends traditional recipes with innovative techniques.
“Established by a chef entrepreneur with 25 years of experience cooking in fine restaurants worldwide, Lazzeez offers a diverse menu featuring street foods, unique curry dishes, biryanis, and tandoori grills.
“Popular dishes include Chicken Makhanwala, cauliflower manchurian, ghost biryani, and paneer butter masala.”

Located on High Street in Southampton city centre, Turkish restaurant Ottoman Kitchen was praised for its “food quality and friendly staff.”
The spokesperson added: “Owned and operated by the Kaya family since 2019, the establishment specialises in authentic Turkish charcoal cooking from an open kitchen.
“The restaurant serves traditional Mediterranean and Turkish cuisine featuring expertly marinated meats, fresh ingredients, and home-baked breads.
“The venue boasts Southampton’s largest outdoor dining area and features live music, Thursday through Sunday.
“With a warm, welcoming atmosphere reminiscent of Turkish hospitality, the restaurant has received positive reviews for its food quality, friendly staff, and beautiful décor.”
