The woman is also expected to be prosecuted for illegal reentry after deportation.

A Brazilian woman is facing charges for sex crimes against a Massachusetts child, federal officials said Monday.
Ilma Leandro De Oliveira, 53, was arraigned in Falmouth District Court on March 18 on charges including rape of a child, reckless endangerment of a child, indecent exposure, indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, unnatural acts with a child, and aggravated statutory rape of a child, and incest, according to a statement from US Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
The victim, 14, alleged physical and sexual abuse between the ages of 5 and 13 by her father and stepmother, according to court documents obtained by the Boston Globe.
US Border Patrol arrested and removed Leandro from the United States in 2007, after she illegally entered the country, the statement said. However, Leandro re-entered at an unknown date.
Leandro was arrested by ICE Boston, FBI Boston, and ATF Boston authorities on March 20 in Falmouth, Massachusetts, the statement said.
ICE Boston transferred custody of Leandro to the US Marshals Service, according to the statement.
Leandro is also expected to be prosecuted for illegal reentry after deportation.
“These are crimes we simply will not tolerate,” ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Boston acting Field Office Director Patricia H. Hyde said in the statement. “ICE Boston will continue to prioritize the safety of our children by arresting and removing any criminal alien who poses a threat to our New England residents.”
