The free family arts and culture event will take place at Fort Brockhurst.
The festival is part of the Gosport Cultural Education Project and is a collaboration between Hampshire Music Education Hub and The Grange Festival.
Last year, more than 1,250 young people participated, with more than 2,250 community members joining in.
For the first time, the Band of HM Royal Marines from HMS Collingwood will perform.
The festival programme includes “Rhythm & March” on July 2, featuring the Royal Marines band and local secondary dance students.
July 3, will host the “Youth Proms” with the Gosport and Fareham Youth Orchestra.
The “Family Fun Day” begins at midday on July 5, with activities ranging from circus skills to crafting.
Farmyard Circus will perform at 1pm.
The day concludes with “Music at the Fort” from 3pm, showcasing young local talent.
