Reality TV personality and Bigg Boss 11 fame Bandagi Kalra‘s house has been robbed. The unfortunate incident, which took place ahead of her sister’s wedding, has left her both shaken and devastated. Bandagi was quick to take to her Instagram account to drop a series of emotional updates and photos, which put forth the aftermath of the robbery. As expected, the incident left her fans not just shocked, but also immensely worried.
Bandagi had explained that the incident took place when she wasn’t at home, only to return to see it totally ransacked. “Came home yesterday to my house broken into by thieves and brutally destroyed from the inside out. So many personal things, money, etc, are lost, and because it was my sister’s wedding, I had huge cash kept at home,” she posted in one of her Instagram stories.
While talking about the incident, she also added that her surveillance system was also robbed. “My house camera with SD is stolen too and two gates were broken, not one and nobody has a clue!”
She also showed no qualms in expressing her dismay over how the system reacts. She said, “Our system is so weak and lethargic that they are chilling and having dinner, instead of taking action. I am gonna make a video soon when I will be in the right headspace.”
In another update, Bandagi looked absolutely annoyed with the authorities. “I have never felt this helpless! The way the things are going or should I say not going at all since now I have clear doubts on their job ethics and authenticity. The steps being (not taken) so this matter gets flushed under the table is so clear.”
She also slammed the late response and added, “I am highly disappointed in our system. I always knew it but now I am facing it and then people ask why you want to move out of India???????? It’s been almost 30 hours since I notified about the theft!”
The multiple photos that the actress had shared showed broken doors, a missing SD card, and currency notes, which were used to represent the stolen cash, only to put forth the shocking crime.
For the unversed, Bandagi Kalra gained massive popularity with her participation in Bigg Boss 11. This was the show that had helped her turn heads, courtesy of her bold personality and the rapport she shared with the contestant Puneesh Sharma. The two were in a relationship for five years before they called it quits in 2023.
