At these organisations, she implemented robust financial reporting, project accounting, and tax frameworks. Notably, she played a crucial role in facilitating a landmark acquisition valued at $147.5million. Her financial acumen attracted considerable private equity and banking investments, yielding an extraordinary 550% capital gain for initial investors within just three years. This success is a testament to her strategic insight and ability to maximise returns in challenging environments.
In addition to her financial achievements, Adeola has excelled in risk management by spearheading the provision of insurance policies with transaction values of $250million.
