After getting around Jeb Burton for the race lead on the final restart, Jones drove away from Chase Elliott, crossing the line 1.105 seconds ahead of the 2020 Cup Series champion.
Elliott, Justin Allgaier, Ross Chastain and Carson Kvapil completed the top five, with Connor Zilisch, Christian Eckes, Nick Sanchez, Sammy Smith and Sheldon Creed completing the top 10.
Other notable finishers include Jesse Love in 11th, Harrison Burton in 13th, Sam Mayer in 14th, Christopher Bell in 25th and Taylor Gray in 33rd.
Allgaier led more laps (56) than any other driver on Saturday afternoon, but a poor pit stop on Lap 114 forced him to restart 15th. The No. 7 pit crew redeemed themselves with a great pit stop to close out the afternoon, but Allgaier was only able to muster a third-place finish on a day where he could’ve won his third race of the season.
“It’s disappointing that I didn’t walk out of here with a win,” Allgaier told CW Sports. “We had the one tough pit stop, but as a driver, all you can do is look forward. It’s hard to be upset right now.”
Like Jones, Elliott made quick work of Jeb Burton, but was unable to make up any meaningful ground and make a charge for the win.
“I started making time on him (Jones) with two or three to go, but at that point I ran out of time,” Elliott told CW Sports.
Jones’ win makes him the fifth driver to lock himself into the 2025 NASCAR Xfinity Series playoffs, while Allgaier leads the regular-season standings by 71 points over Mayer.
The ninth race of the 2025 NASCAR Xfinity Series season will take place at Bristol Motor Speedway on April 12.
