Mariusz Kolecki, 39, of Park Street, has been charged with drink driving and driving without a valid MoT Certificate.
He has been bailed to appear at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, March 19 2026.
Officers from Hedge End’s District Policing Team and Neighbourhood Policing Team stopped a BMW at Stoneham Way just before midnight on December 16.
The BMW was also seized under S.165 of the Road Traffic Act (1988).
