Pictures show moment two teens arrested in Southampton

It is understood by the Echo that two teenagers, aged 18 and 19, were arrested on Carlton Place after breaking a dispersal order.

A spokesperson for Hampshire police said: “On 18 July, two males were issued Section 35 dispersal orders to stay away from Southampton City Centre for 48 hours.

“Yesterday, July 19, these two males were spotted by officers in Carlton Place.

“The males, aged 18 and 19, were detained by officers and taken out of the area before being dealt with by way of a community resolution.”
