Partyman World of Play will close its doors for the final time on the weekend of July 5 and 6.
The venue has welcomed families from Eastleigh and further afield since 2017 but keeping it afloat is “no longer viable”.
Aaron Othman, managing director, broke the news on social media on Saturday.
He cited “ever-increasing overheads”, cost of living and growing competition as reasons for closure.
The final day of trading will be on Sunday, July 6.

Aaron said: “We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers for their support over the last eight years. Thank you also to our current general manager Shane and his wonderful team, plus all staff and managers past and present.
“We are proud of the outstanding job they have done in always putting our customers first, keeping the centre clean and running smoothly, and providing a safe space for families to entertain and make memories.”
Any party bookings up to July 6 will be honoured, while those with bookings past this date will receive a full refund.
Any complimentary passes or gift vouchers will need to be used by July 6 and members will be contacted on Monday regarding cancelling direct debits.
