The NBA’s all-time winningest head coach is officially hanging up his whistle. After dealing with health issues this year, San Antonio Spurs legend Gregg Popovich announced he won’t return to the bench for the Spurs. “Pop,” as he’s affectionately known around the Association, spent 29 years at the helm for San Antonio, winning 1,422 games and making it to the NBA Finals six times with five Larry O’Brien Trophies to show for it.
