President Bola Tinubu on Monday returned to Abuja after a “working visit to France” that also took him to the United Kingdom (UK).
The President arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe airport, Abuja, at about 9:50 pm.
Earlier, Bayo Onanuga, the President’s Spokesman, had announced on his X handle that the President was expected to arrive in Nigeria today.

The President, it will be recalled, left Nigeria on the 2nd of April, 2025, on what Onanuga described as a “working visit to France.”
Following several criticisms over the President’s absence, Onanuga issued a statement, saying that governance was going on smoothly despite the President’s absence.
He assured that the President would resume work after the Easter holidays.
