Rockefeller Group announced that construction on 1072 West Peachtree has now exceeded the 20th floor, completing concrete pouring of the office tower and outdoor amenity deck, with the residential tower structure well underway.
Once complete in Spring 2026, the 60-story mixed-use tower will bring boutique Class A office space, rental residences, and ground floor food and beverage experiences to Midtown.
1072 West Peachtree is the tallest building to be built in Atlanta in over 33 years, and once topped out later this year, it will be the tallest residential and tallest mixed-use building in Atlanta, as well as the fifth tallest building in the city overall.
Designed by Atlanta-based TVS, 1072 West Peachtree will rise a total of 749 feet. The 224,000 square feet of office space will bring fitness and spa experiences, dining and entertaining, and private outdoor space. Office leasing is led by CBRE’s Jessica Doyle and Graham Little.

The 10th floor of the tower offers over one-acre of indoor and outdoor amenities and will be home to Atlanta’s largest outdoor amenity deck, featuring collaborative and lounge seating areas, and a flexible-use lawn for gathering, gaming, or events. The 10th floor will also offer resort-style amenities within its 30,000-square-foot indoor footprint which includes lounges, meeting spaces and conference rooms; a fitness club complete with spa treatments, cardio and strength training, a yoga studio, and more.
